Neal arrived at Habitat with over 20 years of Architectural Design, Construction Management and non-profit Governance experience. His affiliation with island affordable housing began by providing architectural services to the Island Housing Trust (150 State Road), Dukes County Regional Housing Authority (Franklin Street) and on Habitat's (#4 Twin Oaks) and (#5 Andrews Road) builds. He has served as 1st Vice President of the Virgin Islands Soccer Federation, President of Friends of Vineyard Soccer and is the current president of the Vineyard Football Association Adult Summer League.
